  • Look for delivery status updates provided by the seller (e.g., “Out for Delivery,” “Ready for Pickup”).
  • Some sellers may provide tracking links if a courier service is used.
  • Confirm the estimated delivery or pickup time listed at checkout.
  • Contact the seller directly through their Bizipy store page for updates.
  • Keep in mind that local conditions (traffic, weather, or high order volume) may cause delays.
  • Double-check your delivery address in your account and on your order receipt.
  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or reception desks in case the order was left nearby.
  • Contact the seller immediately to confirm the delivery attempt.
  • Report the issue directly to the seller within their stated return/refund window.
  • Provide clear photos of the incorrect or damaged product to help with faster resolution.
  • If you and the seller cannot resolve the issue, contact Bizipy Support to step in as an intermediary.
  • For pickup orders, confirm the seller’s business hours.
  • Bring your order confirmation email or ID to collect your items.
  • If you arrive and the order is not ready, contact the seller for assistance.
  • If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller:
  • Contact Bizipy with your order number, seller name, and a description of the problem.
  • We will act as a neutral intermediary to help reach a fair resolution.

At Bizipy, we want you to feel confident when shopping with local businesses. Because Bizipy is a marketplace, each seller manages their own return and refund policy. If you need help with a return or refund, follow the steps below.

  • Every seller’s Return & Refund Policy is posted at the bottom of their Bizipy store page.
  • Policies vary by seller, so please review them before purchasing.
  • Look for details such as time limits, eligible items, and steps for making a return.
  • If you need to return or exchange an item, reach out directly to the seller.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  • Sellers may request photos of the product (for damaged or incorrect items).
  • If you and the seller cannot come to an agreement, Bizipy can step in as a neutral intermediary.
    • To escalate an issue, contact Bizipy Support with:
    • Your order number
    • Seller name
    • A description of the issue
    • Any proof (receipts, photos, or communication with the seller)
  • Bizipy will review both sides of the issue and help reach a fair resolution.
  • If a seller fails to honor their policy or does not respond, Bizipy may step in and issue a resolution, which can include a refund through our platform.
  • Repeated seller violations may result in suspension or removal from Bizipy.
  • Refunds and exchanges are governed by the seller’s posted policy, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Some items or services may not be eligible for return (e.g., perishable goods, completed services, digital downloads).

Signing Up & Using Bizipy

  • Go to bizipy.com and click Sign Up.

  • Enter your name, email, and password, or sign up using a social login option (if available).

  • Verify your email to activate your account.

  • Use the search bar or browse categories to discover items and services near you.

  • Each seller page includes details, prices, and their return policy.

  • Add items to your cart.

  • Choose Delivery or Pickup (when available).

  • Complete checkout securely through our payment system.

  • Check your account dashboard for order updates.

  • Pickup instructions or delivery tracking (if provided by the seller) will be visible.

  • After your purchase, you can leave feedback to help other customers and support local businesses.
